Shaajo.com ব্যবহার করে বা অর্ডার করার মাধ্যমে, আপনি এই শর্তাবলী কে মেনে নিচ্ছেন, তাই দয়া করে মনোযোগ দিয়ে জেনে বুঝে তারপর অর্ডার করুন।
১. সাধারণ শর্তাবলী
- Shaajo.com একটি স্কিনকেয়ার, হেয়ারকেয়ার ও পার্সোনাল কেয়ার পণ্যের প্ল্যাটফর্ম।
- সব পণ্য সম্পর্কিত তথ্য, ছবি, বিবরণ ও দাম সর্বোচ্চ যত্নের সাথে প্রদান করা হয়েছে।
- ছোটখাটো পরিবর্তন বা আপডেট আমাদের পক্ষ থেকে করা হতে পারে।
- আমরা পূর্ব নোটিশ ছাড়াই এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করি।
২. অর্ডার ও পেমেন্ট
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর প্রক্রিয়াজাত হয় এবং ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয় ডেলিভারি পলিসি অনুযায়ী।
- সকল পেমেন্ট নিরাপদ পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে এর মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন হয়।
- অর্ডার বাতিল বা পরিবর্তনের ক্ষেত্রে আমাদের Return & Refund Policy অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
৩. ডেলিভারি ও শিপিং
- ডেলিভারি চার্জ এবং আনুমানিক সময় Delivery Policy অনুযায়ী।
- আবহাওয়া, পরিবহন সমস্যা বা অন্যান্য বাহ্যিক কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হলে Shaajo দায়ী নয়।
- ভুল বা অসম্পূর্ণ ঠিকানা প্রদান করলে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে এবং এর জন্য Shaajo দায়ভার বহন করবে না।
৪. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- গ্রাহককে ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য পরীক্ষা করে নিতে হবে।
- পণ্য ঠিক থাকলে ডেলিভারি ম্যানকে বিল পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
- ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পর কোনো রিফান্ড, এক্সচেঞ্জ বা ফেরতের দাবি গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।
- শুধুমাত্র ড্যামেজড, ডিফেক্টিভ বা ভুল পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য।
- ব্যবহার করা, খোলা বা সোয়াচ করা পণ্য রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জের জন্য যোগ্য নয়।

৫. স্কিন সেনসিটিভিটি ও পণ্যের ব্যবহার
- স্কিনকেয়ার এবং পার্সোনাল কেয়ার পণ্য প্রত্যেক ব্যক্তির ত্বকে ভিন্নভাবে প্রভাব ফেলতে পারে।
- Shaajo.com দায়ী নয় যদি কোনো পণ্য আপনার ত্বকের জন্য মানিয়ে না আসে বা প্রতিক্রিয়া সৃষ্টি করে।
- প্রত্যেকের ত্বকের সংবেদনশীলতা ভিন্ন।
